The Quell 6 Person Meeting Booth is a fully soundproofed, freestanding office pod designed for confidential meetings, conference calls and collaborative work for groups of up to six people. It combines an aviation-grade aluminium frame, toughened glass and internal PET acoustic panels to deliver ISO 23351-1 verified speech privacy, paired with a dual silent ventilation system that keeps the interior cool and well-aired throughout long sessions.

The Quell 6 Person sits between our 4-person and 8-person Quell Max booths in the meeting-booth range. It occupies the same external footprint as the Quell 4 Person (4.70 m²) but is fitted with seating for six — either Sofas plus a Deluxe Table, or two Lounge Chairs with a Coffee Table. For groups larger than six, the Quell Max Club House extends to 11.93 m² and accommodates eight people. All three booths share the same acoustic, ventilation and material engineering; only the seating layout differs.

The Quell 6 Person is independently tested to ISO 23351-1, the international standard for speech-level reduction in acoustic enclosures. Conversations inside the booth are effectively contained: typical office speech is reduced by around 30 dB at the booth wall, dropping to roughly background noise level outside. This makes the booth suitable for confidential board-level meetings, HR discussions and group conference calls in open-plan offices.

The booth uses a dual silent ventilation system — two ultra-quiet Panasonic fans deliver fresh air continuously without disturbing the meeting inside. Airflow is sized for six occupants over extended sessions, and the fans run automatically while the booth is in use. Internal LED lighting activates on motion and dims when the booth is empty, so the booth is ready the moment anyone steps in.

Every Quell 6 Person Meeting Booth includes the acoustic pod (aviation-style alloy frame, toughened glass, PET acoustic interior), dual silent ventilation, motion-activated LED lighting, multiple power points with USB charging, and a Bluetooth-connect speaker. You choose one of two furniture sets at order: Sofas plus a Deluxe Meeting Table, or two Lounge Chairs with a Coffee Table. An optional wall-mounted monitor stand is available (monitor not included).

The booth’s external footprint is 2.20 m wide × 2.136 m deep × 2.30 m tall, occupying around 4.70 m² of floor area. Allow at least 30 cm of clearance behind the booth for the ventilation outlet and around 90 cm in front for the door swing. Total weight is 680 kg for the pod alone, rising to 833 kg with the Sofas + Deluxe Table set or 761 kg with the Lounge Chairs + Coffee Table set installed.

Onsite installation by our trained team typically takes three to four hours once the booth is unpacked. The booth arrives flat-packed in CKD (completely knocked-down) format and is assembled in place. Once installed, the booth is freestanding and plugs into a standard 13 A socket — no structural fixings to floor or ceiling are required, so the booth can be relocated later if your floor plan changes.
