Quell+ - 4 Person Meeting Booth

The Quell+ 4 Person Meeting Booth is a premium-tier 3-to-4 person soundproof office pod, designed for compact team meetings, conference calls and collaborative work. It is the upgraded version of our standard Quell 4 Person, with the same ISO 23351-1 acoustic engineering paired with enhanced materials, an industry-leading dual silent ventilation system, and a choice of Standard or Delux furniture configurations. The Quell+ 4P is intended for confidential client meetings, exec-level discussions and video-conference-heavy team work.

Both pods share identical acoustic engineering and ISO 23351-1 verified soundproofing, and both seat 3 to 4 people. The Quell+ 4 Person adds three key upgrades over the standard Quell 4 Person: an upgraded dual silent ventilation system tuned for longer continuous use and quieter operation, thicker toughened glass on the door and rear panel, and a choice of two pre-configured furniture sets (Standard and Delux — Sofas with a Central Table). The dimensions are the same (3.06 m² internal); the Quell+ is positioned as the premium tier for offices where the booth will see daily use across multiple teams.

The Quell+ 4 Person is independently tested to ISO 23351-1, the international standard for speech-level reduction in acoustic enclosures. Typical office speech is reduced by around 30 dB at the booth wall, meaning conversations inside are effectively contained even in busy open-plan environments. The acoustic design suits confidential 4-person meetings, board calls and recorded video meetings where audio quality matters.

The Quell+ 4 Person uses our upgraded dual silent ventilation system — two ultra-quiet Panasonic fans delivering continuous fresh airflow tuned for the larger meeting-booth volume. The fans run automatically while the booth is occupied and continue briefly afterwards to refresh the interior between sessions. Motion-activated LED lighting activates on entry and dims when the booth is empty, so the booth is ready the moment anyone steps in.

The Quell+ 4 Person is offered with a choice of two furniture configurations, selected at point of order. The Standard set provides quality fabric sofas with a coordinated meeting table sized for the booth. The Delux set upgrades to premium sofas with a Central Table, suited for client-facing or board-level meetings. Both sets include integrated power outlets, USB-A and USB-C charging, Bluetooth-connect speaker, and an optional wall-mounted monitor stand (monitor not included).

Internal dimensions are 2.14 m high × 2.04 m wide × 1.50 m deep, giving 3.06 m² of internal floor area. External dimensions are 2.30 m high × 2.20 m wide × 1.536 m deep, occupying around 3.38 m² of floor space. The pod weighs 620 kg empty, rising to 745 kg with furniture installed. Allow 30 cm clearance behind the booth for the ventilation outlet and around 90 cm in front for the door swing.

Onsite installation by our trained team typically takes three to four hours once the booth is unpacked. The booth arrives flat-packed in CKD (completely knocked-down) format and is assembled in place. Once installed it is freestanding and connects to a standard 13 A socket, with no structural fixings required — so the booth can be relocated later if your floor plan changes.

The Quell+ 4 Person Meeting Booth ships with a 5-year manufacturer warranty covering the structure, glass, electricals and dual silent ventilation system. All Quell+ booths carry CE marking for the UK and EU, and UL listing for the United States, confirming compliance with the relevant electrical-safety and product standards.
