The Quell Demi Booth 2+ is a compact 2-to-4 person soundproof collaboration booth, designed for offices that need a private meeting space but cannot accommodate the footprint of a full 4-person pod. It uses the same acoustic engineering as the full Quell range — aviation-grade aluminium framing, toughened glass and PET acoustic interior panels — with a slimmer depth profile of just 1.236 m. The Demi is intended for huddle meetings, project standups, two-person video calls and small collaborative sessions.

Both booths seat up to four people and share identical acoustic, ventilation and material engineering. The key difference is depth: the Demi has a 1.236 m external depth, while the full Quell 4 Person Meeting Booth is 2.136 m deep. This makes the Demi a much slimmer 2.72 m² footprint compared with around 4.70 m² for the full 4 Person, so it fits into narrow corridors, against walls or in spaces where a full meeting pod will not. Pod weight is 530 kg for the Demi versus 620–745 kg for the full 4 Person.

The Quell Demi Booth 2+ is independently tested to ISO 23351-1, the international standard for speech-level reduction in acoustic enclosures. Typical office speech is reduced by around 30 dB at the booth wall, meaning conversations inside are effectively inaudible from outside even in busy open-plan environments. The Demi is therefore suitable for confidential huddles, sensitive HR conversations and video calls in shared workspaces.

The Quell Demi Booth uses a dual silent ventilation system — two ultra-quiet Panasonic fans deliver continuous fresh airflow into the booth without disturbing the conversation inside. The fans run automatically while the booth is occupied and continue briefly afterwards to refresh the interior. Motion-activated LED lighting activates on entry and dims when the booth is empty.

Every Quell Demi Booth 2+ includes the acoustic pod (aviation-style alloy frame, toughened glass, PET acoustic interior), dual silent ventilation, motion-activated LED lighting, multiple power points with USB charging, and Bluetooth-connect speaker integration. Furniture options include quality sofas and matching tables sized for the slim Demi profile, with an optional wall-mounted monitor stand (monitor not included).

Internal dimensions are 2.14 m high × 2.04 m wide × 1.20 m deep. Onsite installation by our trained team typically takes two to three hours once the booth is unpacked. The Demi arrives flat-packed in CKD (completely knocked-down) format and is assembled in place. Once installed it is freestanding and connects to a standard 13 A socket. No structural fixings to the floor or ceiling are required, so the booth can be relocated later if your floor plan changes.
