Quell+ - 2 Person Pod

The Quell+ 2 Person Pod is a premium-tier 2-person soundproof office pod, designed as a versatile workspace that can be configured for focused solo work, one-to-one meetings, dual-person video calls or training. It uses aviation-grade aluminium framing, thick toughened glass on the door and back panel, and an upgraded turbo-fan ventilation system. Quell+ is the enhanced version of our standard Quell 2 Person, offering four interchangeable furniture configurations.

Both pods share the same acoustic engineering and ISO 23351-1 verified soundproofing. The Quell+ 2 Person Pod adds three key upgrades over the standard Quell 2 Person: an upgraded turbo-fan ventilation system rated for longer continuous use, thicker toughened glass on the door and rear panel, and a choice of four pre-configured furniture sets (Electric Adjustable Work Station + Stool; Work Station + Designer Office Chair; Dual Zoom Room + Device Shelf + 2 Barstools; or Meeting Room + Table + Corner Stool). Choose Quell+ when the pod will be used by multiple people across shifts or for varied tasks.

The Quell+ 2 Person Pod is independently tested to ISO 23351-1, the international standard for speech-level reduction in acoustic enclosures. Typical office speech is reduced by approximately 30 dB at the booth wall, making conversations effectively inaudible outside the pod even in busy open-plan environments. This level of acoustic privacy suits confidential one-to-one HR discussions, sensitive sales calls and recorded video meetings.

The Quell+ 2 Person Pod uses a single upgraded turbo-fan ventilation system that delivers continuous fresh airflow at a low decibel level, so conversations inside remain undisturbed. The fan activates automatically when the pod is occupied and continues to run for a short period after the user leaves, refreshing the interior between sessions. Motion-activated LED lighting comes on with entry and dims when the pod is empty.

The Quell+ 2 Person Pod is offered with four pre-configured furniture sets, chosen at point of order. Set 1: Electric Adjustable Work Station with Stool — ideal for sit/stand focused work. Set 2: Work Station with Designer Office Chair — for extended seated working. Set 3: Dual Zoom Room with Device Shelf and 2 Barstools — designed for video calls and online training. Set 4: Meeting Room with Table and Corner Stool — optimised for one-to-one meetings and HR discussions. All sets include integrated power and USB-C charging, Bluetooth audio, and a Quell+ branded acoustic interior.

Internal dimensions are 2.14 m high × 1.34 m wide × 1.20 m deep. External dimensions are 2.30 m high × 1.50 m wide × 1.236 m deep, giving an external footprint of approximately 1.85 m². The pod weighs 425 kg net (pod only) and ranges from 456 kg to 464 kg depending on the furniture set selected. Allow 30 cm clearance behind the pod for the ventilation outlet and around 90 cm in front for the door swing.

Onsite installation by our trained team typically takes two to three hours once the pod is unpacked. The pod arrives flat-packed in CKD (completely knocked-down) format and is assembled in your office. Once installed it is freestanding and connects to a standard 13 A socket, with no structural fixings required — so the pod can be relocated later if your floor plan changes.

The Quell+ 2 Person Pod is supplied with a 5-year manufacturer warranty covering the structure, glass, electricals and turbo-fan ventilation. All Quell+ pods carry CE marking for the UK and EU, and UL listing for the United States, confirming compliance with the relevant electrical-safety and product standards.
