The Office Pod Quell+ Acoustic is a premium-tier single-person soundproof phone booth, designed as a dedicated solo Zoom room and acoustic phone booth in a 0.94 m² footprint. It pairs aviation-grade aluminium and toughened glass construction with ISO 23351-1 verified acoustic performance, an upgraded turbo-fan ventilation system, and a built-in device shelf for laptop or tablet use during calls. The Quell+ Acoustic is intended for offices where the booth will be used primarily for phone calls, video meetings and short focused tasks — with the premium Quell+ specification throughout.

All three pods share the same 1-person 0.94 m² footprint and ISO 23351-1 acoustic engineering. They differ on tier and furniture: the standard Quell Solo includes a stool and laptop shelf at the standard Quell specification. The Quell+ Acoustic upgrades to the premium Quell+ tier (upgraded materials, enhanced ventilation, wider finish options) while keeping the simple device-shelf layout — ideal when the booth is used primarily for calls. The Quell+ Flex Solo also has the Quell+ premium tier but adds a full electric height-adjustable desk for sit-stand working. Choose Acoustic for calls; choose Flex for extended focused work.

The Office Pod Quell+ Acoustic is independently tested to ISO 23351-1, the international standard for speech-level reduction in acoustic enclosures. Typical office speech is reduced by around 30 dB at the booth wall, making conversations and recorded video calls inside effectively contained even in busy open-plan offices. As the name suggests, the Quell+ Acoustic is engineered specifically around audio performance — well suited to confidential sales conversations, financial discussions, recorded meetings and any solo call where audio quality matters.

The Quell+ Acoustic uses an enhanced turbo-fan ventilation system tuned for the Quell+ tier, with fresh air delivered continuously while the booth is occupied. The fan runs at a sound level low enough to leave video meeting audio undisturbed. Motion-activated LED lighting switches on at entry and dims when the booth is empty, so the booth is always ready for the next user without manual intervention.

Every Quell+ Acoustic includes the soundproof pod with aviation-grade aluminium frame, toughened glass door and back panel, and premium PET acoustic interior. A stool and built-in device shelf are included as standard, sized for a laptop or tablet during calls. The booth includes motion-activated LED lighting, enhanced turbo-fan ventilation, a Bluetooth-connected speaker, and multiple power outlets with USB-A and USB-C charging. Exterior finish is available in a choice of premium colour patterns.

Internal dimensions are 2.14 m high × 0.84 m wide × 0.90 m deep. External dimensions are 2.30 m high × 1.00 m wide × 0.936 m deep, occupying 0.94 m² of floor space — small enough to fit alongside a desk row or in a corner. The pod weighs 275 kg empty, rising to 299 kg with the stool and device shelf installed.

Onsite installation by our trained team typically takes two hours once the booth is unpacked. The pod arrives flat-packed in CKD (completely knocked-down) format and is assembled in place. Once installed it is freestanding and connects to a standard 13 A socket. No structural fixings to the floor or ceiling are required, and adjustable feet retract to reveal castors for later relocation.

The Quell+ Acoustic ships with a 5-year manufacturer warranty covering the structure, glass, electricals and ventilation system. All Quell+ booths carry CE marking for the UK and EU, and UL listing for the United States, confirming compliance with the applicable electrical-safety and product standards. Replacement parts and after-sales support are coordinated directly through Soundbox Store.

We deliver and install the Office Pod Quell+ Acoustic throughout the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United States, the United Arab Emirates and Switzerland. UK and EU lead times are typically 4–6 weeks from order; US, UAE and Swiss orders are 6–8 weeks. Installation by our trained team is included as standard for UK and EU deliveries, with options available for other regions.
