The Quell+ Flex Solo is the premium-tier version of our single-person Quell Flex phone booth. Like the standard Flex, it combines a soundproof 1-person pod with a built-in electric height-adjustable desk in a 0.94 m² footprint. The Quell+ variant adds upgraded interior materials, premium exterior finish options and an enhanced ventilation system tuned for longer continuous use — designed for offices where the booth will see daily multi-user use and appearance matters as much as performance.

Both booths share the same exterior dimensions, the same electric height-adjustable desk (600 mm × 250 mm, 750–1200 mm range) and the same ISO 23351-1 acoustic engineering. The Quell+ Flex Solo upgrades three things: premium interior upholstery and surface finishes, an enhanced ventilation system tuned for quieter long-session operation, and a wider range of exterior finish options. Choose the Quell+ Flex Solo when the booth will be installed in a client-facing area, executive zone or shared multi-user workspace; choose the standard Quell Flex when budget is the priority for internal-only use.

The Quell+ Flex Solo is independently tested to ISO 23351-1, the international standard for speech-level reduction in acoustic enclosures. Typical office speech is reduced by around 30 dB at the booth wall, meaning conversations and recorded video calls inside are effectively contained even in busy open-plan offices. The acoustic design is well suited to confidential calls, focused individual work and any solo task requiring uninterrupted concentration.

The Quell+ Flex Solo uses our enhanced turbo-fan ventilation system, tuned for quieter operation over longer continuous sessions than the standard Flex. Fresh air is delivered continuously while the booth is occupied, at a sound level low enough to leave video meeting audio undisturbed. Motion-activated LED lighting switches on at entry and dims when the booth is empty.

Every Quell+ Flex Solo includes the soundproof pod with aviation-grade aluminium frame, toughened glass door and back panel, and premium PET acoustic interior upholstery. The electric height-adjustable desk (600 mm × 250 mm, 750–1200 mm range) is included as standard, along with a stool, motion-activated LED lighting, enhanced ventilation, Bluetooth-connected speaker, and multiple power outlets with USB-A and USB-C charging. Exterior finish is available in an expanded choice of premium colour patterns.

Internal dimensions are 2.14 m high × 0.84 m wide × 0.90 m deep. External dimensions are 2.30 m high × 1.00 m wide × 0.936 m deep, occupying 0.94 m² of floor space. The electric desk inside is 600 mm wide and 250 mm deep, adjustable from 750 mm to 1200 mm for sit-stand working. The pod weighs 275 kg empty, rising to 299 kg with desk and stool installed.

Onsite installation by our trained team typically takes two hours once the booth is unpacked. The pod arrives flat-packed in CKD (completely knocked-down) format and is assembled in place. Once installed it is freestanding and connects to a standard 13 A socket. No structural fixings to the floor or ceiling are required, and adjustable feet retract to reveal castors for later relocation.

The Quell+ Flex Solo ships with a 5-year manufacturer warranty covering the structure, glass, electricals, ventilation and electric desk mechanism. All Quell+ booths carry CE marking for the UK and EU, and UL listing for the United States, confirming compliance with the applicable electrical-safety and product standards.
