The quality of the product it's very good.

I worked with Eva on a project in my workspace. I was nervous about long lead-times but the team at Soundbox managed to supply phone booths quickly, amended orders and delivery to make things faster than originally planned and basically went out of their way to sort things. Nice to work with a supplier who treats you as a key account customer even if you're only buying one or two products! The quality of the products are great too.

Purchased a soundbooth and acoustic wall panels. The products are great quality and work well. The instillation was quick and professional. My only criticism was the slow response time to requests for quotes, and having to chase several times to see when the delivery was happening after the payment was made.
