The placement of an acoustic pod can make a big difference to how well it performs. In spaces with high ceilings and large windows, positioning pods near a wall helps reduce echo.

It’s also important to leave enough space around the pod for proper airflow, and adding soft furnishings or plants nearby can further improve acoustics.

If you’re unsure where to place your pod, feel free to get in touch — our team will be happy to help you find the best spot.

FAQs

The Omni One delivers certified acoustic performance with an STC rating of 30dB (±5dB) and RT0.25s (±0.1s), tested to ISO 23351-1 standards. In practical terms, this significantly reduces speech noise, making it well suited for private calls, video meetings and focused work within busy office environments.

Yes, the Omni One features a low-noise ventilation system with a turbo fan inlet and a floor-mounted outlet fan. With airflow of 34.7 l/s (125 m³/h), the air inside the booth is refreshed roughly every 40 seconds, helping maintain a comfortable and well-ventilated environment without added distraction.

The booth is equipped with an integrated control system, including dimmable LED lighting (3000K–6000K), USB-A charging ports, a CAT6 network port and Bluetooth® speakers with 23W output. Users can easily adjust lighting and airflow via the control panel, while PIR sensors automate operation for efficiency.

Yes, the Omni One is designed with flexibility in mind. Installation typically takes around 30 minutes, and integrated castors allow it to be repositioned easily. Its fully demountable design also means it can adapt as layouts change over time.
