Quell+ - 6 Person Meeting Booth

The Quell+ 6 Person Meeting Booth is the premium-tier large meeting pod in our range, seating 4 to 6 people for executive-style discussions, board calls and team meetings. It uses the same dimensions and acoustic engineering as the standard Quell 6 Person but adds upgraded materials, expanded finish options and an enhanced dual silent ventilation system. The Quell+ 6P is intended for client-facing offices, executive floors and shared spaces where the booth needs to look the part as well as perform.

Both booths share the same 4.70 m² external footprint, 6-person seating and ISO 23351-1 verified acoustic engineering. The Quell+ 6 Person adds three premium upgrades: an upgraded dual silent ventilation system tuned for quieter long-session operation, thicker toughened glass on the door and rear panel, and a wider range of exterior finish options (six colour patterns vs the standard range). Furniture choices are the same on both pods (Sofas + Delux Table, or 2 Lounge Chairs + Coffee Table). The Quell+ is the right choice for client-facing or executive offices; the standard Quell 6P remains an excellent option for internal-only meeting spaces.

The Quell+ 6 Person is independently tested to ISO 23351-1, the international standard for speech-level reduction in acoustic enclosures. Typical office speech is reduced by around 30 dB at the booth wall, dropping to roughly background noise level outside. This level of acoustic privacy is well suited to confidential 6-person board meetings, sensitive HR discussions, recorded calls and any group session where audio integrity matters.

The Quell+ 6 Person uses our upgraded dual silent ventilation system — two ultra-quiet Panasonic fans deliver continuous fresh airflow sized for six occupants in extended sessions. The fans operate at a low decibel level so they do not interfere with conversation, and they run automatically while the booth is in use. Motion-activated LED lighting activates on entry and dims when the booth is empty.

The Quell+ 6 Person is offered with two furniture configurations chosen at point of order. Set 1: Sofas plus a Delux Meeting Table — suited to formal meetings, presentations and client sessions. Set 2: Two Lounge Chairs plus a Coffee Table — a more relaxed configuration suited to informal team discussions and breakout sessions. Both sets include integrated multi-region power outlets, USB-A and USB-C charging, Bluetooth-connect speaker and an optional wall-mounted monitor stand (monitor not included). External finish is available in a choice of six colour patterns.

Internal dimensions are 2.14 m high × 2.04 m wide × 2.10 m deep, giving 4.28 m² of internal floor area. External dimensions are 2.30 m high × 2.20 m wide × 2.136 m deep, occupying around 4.70 m² of floor space. The pod weighs 680 kg empty, rising to 833 kg with Furniture Set 1 or 761 kg with Furniture Set 2 installed. Allow 30 cm clearance behind the booth for the ventilation outlet and around 90 cm in front for the door swing.

Onsite installation by our trained team typically takes three to four hours once the booth is unpacked. The booth arrives flat-packed in CKD (completely knocked-down) format and is assembled in place. Once installed it is freestanding and connects to a standard 13 A socket. No structural fixings to floor or ceiling are required, so the booth can be relocated later if your floor plan changes.

The Quell+ 6 Person Meeting Booth ships with a 5-year manufacturer warranty covering the structure, glass, electricals and dual silent ventilation system. All Quell+ booths carry CE marking for the UK and EU, and UL listing for the United States, confirming compliance with the relevant electrical-safety and product standards.
