Refund policy

Where the Buyer wants to take advantage of the 30-day returns policy, then the Buyer must contact the Supplier by email at within 30 days of the delivery date; the product must not be unpacked or used.

The Buyer, at the Buyer’s expense, must return the goods within 30 days of the Buyer’s notification to the Supplier; please arrange with customer support.

Goods must be returned in the original packaging with adequate insurance during the return journey and in the same condition as when they were dispatched by the Supplier.

The Supplier expects the Goods to be returned in good condition. Within 30 days of their return to the Supplier, the Supplier will inspect the condition of the Goods.

If the condition is acceptable, the Supplier must make arrangements to refund the Buyer within 30 days of the date of the Supplier’s inspection. Refunds will be made using the same method of payment that the Buyer used when purchasing the Goods.

If the condition is unacceptable, the Supplier reserves the right to deduct a 15-50% restocking fee to cover charges for repackaging and repair.

Where the Buyer is returning any Goods from Norway or Switzerland, the Supplier will not refund any duty fees paid at customs for the initial receipt of the goods.

How much do returns cost?

If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, you must pay the cost noted below. If you return your whole order, we’ll give you a full refund, not including what you paid for delivery, minus the returns or collection fee. If you only return some of your orders, we’ll refund those items and their delivery minus the returns or collection fee. If customs fees have been paid by you, we will not refund these.

Soundbox Store has 3 levels of QC through the manufacturing and packing process, in the very rare chance that the small parts are missing we will send the part from our main warehouse (Spain) or directly from our factory, and we will not be liable for any compensation due to incurred installation costs or project deadlines of any form.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
